Coventry is a city in the West Midlands,. Historically part of Warwickshire, it is the 12th largest in the UK. Major improvements are continuing to regenerate the city centre, and future redevelopments such as the Swanswell Project (which would include the creation of an urban marina and a wide Parisian-style boulevard) and under consideration.

There is investment property in Coventry to suit all types of long-let tenants – singles, couples and families. Semi-detached and detached houses, one-bed flats, luxury two or three-bedroom apartments,1920s-built detached dwellings with gardens, and even thatched cottages are all available at various price points. The city has two universities (Coventry University in the city centre and the University of Warwick on the southern outskirts), meaning that investing property for student lets is a popular choice for property investors.
