What's new November 2020
Browser extension improvements
The latest version of our Google Chrome browser extension has an improved design and more data, including property price history and the number of days the property has been on market.
Source properties with planning granted
In the Unmodernised and Land / Plots lists in Sourcing, you can now filter by whether a property has had planning permission granted.
The feature is in 'beta' and we welcome any feedback.
HMO data available for postcode districts
Top line HMO rental data – previously available in the Local Data tool – can now be found in the Postcode Data tool where sufficient data is availble. You can see average asking rents for double bedrooms with shared bathrooms, and double bedrooms with ensuite.
Properties marked as SSTC in Sourcing
Properties that are sold subjet to contract are now marked with a blue badge in the Sourcing section.
We've always believed that SSTC properties should remain on the list until sold, since the deal isn't done until the contract is signed, but they are now clearly marked.
Quick comparables updates
We've fleshed out the 'Quick comparables' tool we added last month with some new features – you can now hide results that you consider not true comparables, and download the adjusted list either to .pdf or .csv.
Increased plan allowances
We've increased the allowances on the Basic and Pro plans. The Basic plan now has 15 credits per month (up from 12) and the Pro plan has 75 credits per month (up from 60). The Max plan continues to have Unlimited credits per month.
