Buy Land Registry docs via API
We now offer the ability to buy Land Registry documents – Title Registers and Title Plans – via our API. It's considerably easier than integrating with the Land Registry's rather unwieldy API directly. Each document costs £3.50 + VAT.
New endpoint: /national-hmo-register
A much-requested new endpoint on our National HMO Register data, with 94% coverage of England & Wales, and the ability to find up to 200 closest HMOs to a full postcode.
Enhancement: lat/lng on UPRN data
We've recently added lat/lng data to the data return by the /uprn and /uprns endpoints, to make this data more useful.
Enhancement: lat/lng input on most location endpoints
The majority of endpoints that accept a full postcode input have been upgraded to also accept a lat/lng coordinates pair, for extra accuracy when requesting data.
New endpoint: /energy-efficiency
Retrieve the energy scores and ratings from official Energy Performance Certificate data in England, Wales and Scotland with this helpful new endpoint.
