What's new June 2026
Commercial values and conversions
The Commercial tab in Local Data now goes beyond rents. For shops, offices, industrial, restaurants and pubs, you'll see an estimated capital value per sqft beside the rent.
Each also has a conversion estimate, comparing commercial value per sqft against local residential sold prices to show the uplift from converting, in £/sqft and as a percentage.
Richer data on the Plot Map
Properties on the Plot Map now show an estimated value as a label, where available, so you can read prices off the map.
Open any address in the explorer for more: remaining lease term on leaseholds (flagged when short), Registered HMO licence details, and richer EPC data like tenure, age and heating fuel.
Plan Analysis 2.0
Our Plan Analysis tool has been rebuilt. Upload your floor plans, add a postcode and spec level, and our AI measures every area and applies regionalised rates for a detailed construction cost estimate.
No more waiting for a surveyor. Results arrive in minutes, not days, at a flat £5 + VAT for any project, as a PDF or spreadsheet.
Source properties on large plots
A new sourcing strategy finds homes on a plot of one acre or more, ideal for spotting development potential, from plot-splitting to building out a larger scheme.
We find them daily by matching listings against Land Registry freehold boundaries, with the plot size shown on every result for sorting and filtering.
LHA rates in the browser extension
Our browser extension now shows the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rate right on the listing on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, matched to postcode and bedrooms.
Pulled live from the official government source, it's an instant check on whether a property works for benefit tenants.
As always, we'd love to hear your feedback and feature suggestions – contact us.
Best wishes,
