What's new September 2018
Introducing Street Data
This month sees a major new feature release at PropertyData.
Our new "Street Data" section pairs beautiful high resolution maps with overlaid data on properties for sale or let, as well as due diligence data points such as maximum internet speed and flood risk.
The map shows boundaries and building footprints illustrating development potential, and you can jump to the relevant council planning policies and planning search tools in just one click.
We welcome any feedback on the new feature currently in 'beta' - we'll be continuing to add additional data sets over the coming weeks and months.
Also this month...
Updated browser extension
Our Google Chrome browser extension has received an update this month - version 1.1 adds new features, improves reliability, and now works on OnTheMarket as well as Zoopla and Rightmove.
Updated 'stock' tab
We've replaced our 'composition' tab in the local data tool with an updated tab, renamed as 'stock'. This redesigned tab includes clearer information on the typical property in an area, as well as new information on the total stock of properties available for sale or long let in the area.
New schools tab
Another new tab in our local data tool this month, accessible via the 'more tabs' dropdown menu, shows all state schools in your drawn area. The map visually indicates school size and Ofsted rating. Ideal for looking for investment property where strong rental demand is virtually guaranteed.
