SDLT calculator updated
Chancellor Rishi Sunak has today announced a temporary stamp duty holiday, costing £3.8bn, to stimulate the property market.

Rental only valuations
We've created a new functionality to produce rental only valuations; useful for rent negotiations when having a sales valuation on the same document might be a distraction.
Create your valuation in the normal way, and select 'rental only' when downloading in .pdf format.

£/sqft data on Land/plots sourcing list
We've been working on adding our best-in-class £/sqft data to our Land/plots sourcing list. Often the average £/sqft values in an area are critical in determining the economic viability of a development project – now you can filter by this attribute.
