What's new October 2026
New listings on Landlord SalesNine new tenanted properties have just been added to Landlord Sales, doubling the choice. They range from a London flat to a 20-bed portfolio in Otley, all sold landlord to landlord, away from the portals. Each listing shows the rent, yield and tenancy. Selling a tenanted property yourself? List it for a flat £95 + VAT.

New sourcing list: Empty homesOur new Empty homes list finds properties the agent describes as having stood empty, vacant or unoccupied, often for years. We check every portal listing daily. Long-term empty homes are often chain free and priced to sell, and suit refurbishment or buy-to-let. Set an alert to hear about new ones first.

![]() | Share files with GeorgeYou can now attach files to George, our AI assistant. Upload a PDF or image, such as a survey, brochure, floorplan or tenancy agreement, and George reads it before answering. Ask it to summarise the risks, check the figures against local prices, or pull out the key terms.

Connect Claude or ChatGPTPropertyData now connects to Claude and ChatGPT with a simple sign-in, no API key needed. Add PropertyData as a connector, sign in and approve. Then ask about any UK property and your AI looks it up in our data. Each lookup uses API credits, which you can add to any plan.

![]() | An Oxford debateOn 20 November I'm in a live Oxford-style debate at The Voice of the Agent Conference 2026, “The Lord of the Data”. Will politics, housing and tax shape the property market more than technology and AI? I'm arguing for tax, with Russell Quirk and Kate Faulkner. The audience votes before and after, and the side that changes the most minds wins.
