What's new September 2020
New data: building heights
Building on our data released last month with building footprints, we've now added the ability to measure building heights (both to the eaves, and to the ridge) using Ordnance Survey data. You can find this in the Plot Map > Analyse buildings tool, where you will still find the footprint and % of plot built data.
Use filters on your Sourcing Alerts
You can now filter the properties that you receive in your daily Sourcing Alerts. For example, if you are receiving daily alerts for Unmodernised properties in the South East, you could now set uo a filter to only receive properties with 'SO' postcodes with a price of less than £400k.
New data: mobile signal
We have added new data on hyperlocal mobile signal from all major UK providers.
You'll find this in the Plot Map tool – click the 'Test mobile coverage' link.
Sourcing exclude from list
New functionality for advanced sourcing – find properties from one or two lists excluding a particular list. For example, look for Unmodernised properties excluding those that are going to be sold by auction.
Power filtering: 'OR' filters
Filtering throughout the site now has a new option – 'OR' filters as well as 'AND' filters. Use this to expand your ability to find comparable properties, sourcing properties and more.
