API changes August 2022
New method: /freeholds
Our new /freeholds method replaces the existing /freehold-titles method. This method returns freehold land title numbers, along with the title class and headline information about the associated plot polygons for any UK postcode.
New method: /title
The new /title method replaces the older /title-data endpoint and returns title-specific information for a given land title number including title class, ownership type & a list of associated URPNs.
New method: /uprn
For a given Unique Property Reference Number, the new /uprn endpoint returns UPRN data including the property address, description, planning use class, last sold date and amount.
The /title endpoint can be used to find UPRNs from a property title number.
New method: /valuation-hmo
The new /valuation-hmo API endpoint accepts a UK postcode with a range of property parameters and returns estimated sale and gross rental valuations for the HMO.
/planning method update
The /planning method now accepts a comma separated list of planning categories to filter results, returning planning permission applications which match any of the provided categories.
/sourced-properties method update
A new parameter called max_age has been added to the /sourced-properties endpoint. If provided, this parameter will filter the results to only include those properties added to the market within the supplied number of days.
