Commercial to Residential Calculator
Our new calculator helps you evaluate commercial to residential conversions.
Enter a postcode, property type (offices, retail, industrial, restaurants or pubs) and the floor areas, and get a profit estimate covering acquisition costs, stamp duty, build costs (inc 5% VAT), and projected profit margin.
Multi-Strategy Sourcing
It's now easy to source with multiple strategies straight from the start of your search.
Click "Multi-strategy search", select up to 5 strategies, and search your target area. Results are deduplicated and show which strategies each property matches.
Titles by Company Bulk Search
The 'Titles by Company' sourcing tool has been upgraded. It now supports searching up to 20 companies at once, as well as choosing between exact or partial matching.
We automatically handle name variations like Ltd/Limited and &/and. Results include title numbers, tenure, addresses, sold prices and estimated values, with CSV export.
Better Mailing List Management
Mailing lists now have dedicated management pages with sortable data tables. Each property is enriched with estimated values, last sold prices, EPC scores, floor area and room counts. We've also added a select-all option when adding properties, and the ability to download CSVs across multiple lists.
Reverse Charge VAT
If your business is registered outside the United Kingdom, you can now apply for reverse charge VAT treatment on your PropertyData subscription.
Once approved, VAT will no longer be added to your invoices. You can apply from your billing settings.
